Project Overview:
Fresh Start, by Together for Change, seeks to mobilise churches in the Coventry Diocese to befriend and provide practical support to people from different cultural backgrounds, paying particular attention to refugees and migrants. Although refugees, asylum seekers and migrants receive excellent professional support here, the thing they often lack is companionship. TFC’s Fresh Start initiative helps to reduce isolation and provides practical support to newly-arrived individuals. Projects include ESOL courses, a football group and The Undivided Choir.
