Good Neighbours Local Area Coordinator

Salary: £25,681.50 pro rata
15 hours per week – flexible across 2, 3, 4 or 5 days to suit candidate
Initial contract to 31st December 2025, with possibility for extension.

Good Neighbours supports isolated older people in Coventry. We’re recruiting a local coordinator to train volunteers to befriend & assist older people, and to help friendships between older people & volunteers grow. This will be primarily in the CV6 area.

You’ll need initiative, team work, and good communication skills. A vehicle is essential – home visits are part of the role.

Good Neighbours Administrator

Salary: £24,843 pro rata
8 hours per week – flexible across 1 or 2 days to suit candidate
Initial contract to 31st December 2025, with possibility for extension.
Based at Binley office.

Good Neighbours supports isolated older people in Coventry. This role provides administrative assistance to the Good Neighbours team, ensuring swift volunteer & client processing via phone, email & post, sending out signposting information, streamlining the Airtable database, arranging appointments & compiling reports.

You’ll need excellent written & spoken communication skills, great time & task management skills, plus the ability to learn computer software quickly.
