HOPE Coventry exists to grow a connected church in Coventry that demonstrates the love of Jesus for the benefit of the city.
It does this by supporting initiatives that connect the churches together and projects that meet the needs of the vulnerable. HOPE Coventry’s projects are:
Coventry Winter Night Shelter, Healing on the Streets, HOPE@Motofest, Coventry Prayer House, Coventry Christian Service Centre, Christians Against Poverty, and Good Neighbours Coventry . These projects support huge numbers of local people in need; we have engaged with over 650 older people, sheltered dozens of homeless people, and mobilised hundreds of volunteers to serve their local community.
Chris Edwards is the Chief Operations Officer for HOPE Coventry and works alongside churches in the city to engage them with the projects which HOPE Coventry facilitates. To contact him, email email@example.com. Jess Day-Pollard is the Project Manager for the Good Neighbours Coventry scheme: a partnership between HOPE Coventry, Together for Change, and Age UK Coventry. Jess is also the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for HOPE Coventry, responsible for fortnightly e-newsletters and other communication channels on behalf of HOPE Coventry. For general contact, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOPE Coventry is aligned to the national HOPE Initiative and is working towards a year of mission in 2018 for churches to work together to use words and action to make Jesus known: www.hopetogether.org.uk
